Why I Created the Breath Fitness School

I’m Miles Lukas. I’ve led over 500 breathwork experiences, including classes, workshops, and retreats around the world. I’m also a second-degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu and one of only two people representing North America on the global Wim Hof Instructor Panel.
